Quality policy at STIMPEX S.A. consist in manufacturing all our products in accordance with applicable standards and in a manner that will fulfill market demands in terms of efficiency and profitability.

In order to give concrete expression to this policy we will proceed to the designing, implementation and preserving of a system of quality which will lead to the attaining of the following main goals:

  • Achieving and maintaining the quality of all our products in a way that will fully satisfy all explicit and implicit demands of our customers;
  • Harmonious development of every inside activity in the company in order to reach a high level of efficiency;
  • Insurance of customer reliance by means of supplying evidence proving that STIMPEX S.A. is able to detect and properly deal with any defects or inconsistencies that may occur in production;
  • Motivating the company staff and employees in order to connect their own interests to the company needs regarding quality.

We take upon ourselves the whole responsibility concerning the providing of all necessary material and human resources required for achieving these goals throughout designing, implementing and preserving the system of quality in accordance with SR EN ISO 9002-95 model for quality insurance in production assembling and service standard at every organizational level and within every activity developed in the company.

Despite tough economical conditions STIMPEX has always managed to remain in the top and became by reorienting and enlarging its production fields one the most successful medium size enterprises in Romania. Nevertheless we believe that the main reason of this success is our policy to maintain the top quality of our products and services.
