KeSan Mold & Plastic (HK) Limited is a custom injection mold maker and molder of plastic parts. Since 1998, we have been supplying high quality injection molds and molded plastic components meeting the ISO 9001 Certified Quality Management System standards. Our strengths in the areas of hot runner molds, two-component molds, overmolding molds, thread-forming (unscrewing) molds, insert molds, and multi-cavity molds, allow us to support the automotive, medical, home appliance, electronics, and construction markets, etc, and to satisfy the demands of customers all over the world.

Located in SongGang Town, in the BaoAn District of Shenzhen, our 6000 square meter facility contains multiple assembly lines , and uses modern standard equipment, featuring CNC, EDM, and Wire-cut machines, as well as from 30 ton to 680 ton injection machines. These, and other, peripheral equipment, are together capable of producing 40~50 sets molds per month. We provide mold design, mold building, injection molding and parts assembly. At KeSan, we are dedicated to making your every mold and part right, and on time.
