In our own foundry equipped with mechanized and authomatized plants we obtain castings with weights from 1 until 7000 kg and bronze parts from 1 up to 1000 kg being among the few valves manufacturers which cover such a wide productive range.
The endowments of our foundry, of the machining, assembling and testing workshops enable us to supply both on the domestic and the external market the highest quality products, guaranteed and strictly manufactured under provisions of the Quality Management System certified in conformity with ISO 9001 standard by LLOYD’S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE acc. to Certificate 200943 valid until 30.11.2005.
The machining workshops are endowed with:
- 5 machine cutting centers,
- 2 vertical lathes with numerical control,
- 9 aggregates specialized for turning and drilling,
- 75 turning machines,
- 10 vertical lathes,
- 8 milling and boring machines,
- 7 grinding machines,
- 3 slotting machines.
Products mounting and testing are performed on specialized stands.The manufacturing process is assisted by computerized testing and chemical analysis equipment, a information system organized in 3 dispersed modules, "FILE-SERVER" - HEWLETT-PACKARD server.
A better and cheaper way to treat the waste waters - “Considering that the treatment of waste waters is a major problem in Romania, we decided to get involved in the development of mechanical-chemical methods of treating those waters, confident that this will be the right solution for the issue”, said the General Manager of the company, Mr. Marcu Robu, on the 9th of August 2004, when was the official launching and presentation of the mechanical-chemical unit made by Robinete Industriale SA.
High training of operators and strictly observing the provisions of the quality system implemented, certified and re-certified in 1999 by LLOYD'S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE in conformity with ISO 9001 standard requirements, result in high quality products complying with the provisions of DIN, ISO, ASTM BS, SR standards.
The products are designed for nominal pressures within PN 0,5 - 40 bar and nominal diameters from DN 10 - 2200 mm.
As a proof of the quality of our products, we can mention that more than 60%of our yearly production is exported worldwide. Our main markets are:France, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Morocco, Egypt, EAU,Malaysia, etc.
The trade mark registered at Geneva in 1966 is very well known among our customers, the quality of our products meeting the requirements of water systems administration, building-mounting companies, energetic industry, metallurgical industry, chemical and petrochemical industry.
