BRIGHT BALKAN SHIPPING SERVICES" SRL holding Company (of ISO 9001) was established in november 2001.
The primary activities of the company are the recruitment by providing highly qualified, disciplined, medically and mentally fit Romanian seafarers to foreign principals. Once receiving the Crewing License on 17th of November 2001, operations commenced immediately and the company deployed the first batch of crew at the end of the same month.
To recruit and empower human resources in the position which suit their skill and ability;
To become the bridge between seafarers and shipowners;
To provide (manpower) seafarers placement and distribution of human resources with related skills, high knowledge and abilities on a global scale and meet the future business challenge for any company that needs qualified workers.
