SIMMIT MANPOWER Company was established in June 2006. The office is situated in CONSTANTA, the biggest Romanian harbour at Black Sea.
It is manned by 5 employees (two Masters, one Ch. Eng., one Accountant and one Secretary) who make a great team and who are working well together from the beginning. We were appointed from very beginning as agent for processing officers and crew to embark on vessels managed by shipmanagement offices from Singapore and Switzerland.
Since we are a Crew Manning Office (CMO) our primary
responsibility lies in recruiting and processing candidates for
various Ship Manning Offices (SMO) and Ship Management
Companies (SMC).
This includes but not limited to documentation, travel, applying
for licences and liaising with various flag administrations, home
allotments, training, briefing and de-briefing of officers and
ratings.
Our aim is to make SIMMIT MANPOWER the first choice for
the Romanian seafarers and we hope to achieve this in the
near future.
SIMMIT MANPOWER is a wholly owned company, headed by
Capt. STOICA Mitica, Managing Director, with a great
experience at sea.
