When the ISO 9001 quality management standard was revised to a process-oriented approach at the end of 2000, RUD modified its quality management system accordingly.
At the same time, the QM system and the environmental management system, which had been developed in the meantime under DIN/ISO 14001, were merged to form an integrated quality and environmental management system under ISO 9001/ISO 14001. This integrated QM/EM system was certified by the TÜV in the summer of 2001.
