ACCOUNTING:

 

• We register all operations in the accounting books;
• We draw up the compulsory account books – Journal Register, Inventory Register, Book Register;
• We draw up the sale and purchase journal;
• We follow the collection of payments and the supplier payments;
• We draw up the analytical and synthetic trial balance;
• We draw up the added-value tax deduction and the declaration on the payment obligations to the General Consolidated Budget;
• We draw up the Fixed Means Book and the depreciation calculation;
• We calculate the income/profit tax and we draw up the appropriate payment order;
• We calculate the Dividend Tax and we draw up the appropriate payment order;
• We represent the client in front the fiscal control.
   

 
REMUNERATION AND PERSONNEL:

 

• We calculate the net salary and we prepare the salary leaflet for each employee;
• We draw up the payments orders appropriate to salaries taxes and contributions;
• We draw up labour contracts and register them in to the Local Labour Authorities;
• We draw up and register monthly the Declarations regarding the Social Insurance Taxes, the Declarations regarding the Health Insurance Taxes and the Unemployment Insurance Taxes;
• We fill in the Register of Company Employees;
• We draw up and register annually the fiscal sheets.
   

 

BALANCE SHEET 

            We elaborate and certificate the balance sheet, the income statement at every 6 months or yearly for fiscal authority.
