Cuza No. 32, Romania, represented by Stefan Lauda-Costel as administrator, has the aims to work "AGENCY OF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT." The experience  of our agency is of 6 years in the market labour, according to EU legislation.

Like " AGENCY OF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT ”, we have a number of more than 200 employees on different skills and areas such as: MIG MAG, TIG VIG, CO2 welders, metal workers in naval constructions, fitters, locksmiths, painters, polishers, etc, workers in agriculture and in the building field.

Due to the availability of the labor force in Romania, the  addressability towards our company

is growing, especially in the fields of shipping: construction, maintenance and repair of ships. The same for agriculture and building constructions.

 

This motivates our proposal of  collaboration with your company. Our company has qualified human resources for personnel selection, also collaborates with companies which are competitive in this field.

 

In the case of a collaboration between our companies, we present you our working strategy:

 

  1. signing the contract / subcontractors between firms;
  2. Selecting Romanian workers:
  3. interview / test work done by our company and a reperezentant of your company;
  4. selected personnel who will come to work for your business, go with the E101 form, to avoid double taxation, under an order of travel for a period of 60 days, with possibility of extension to complete the works.
