Maral Services has been created in 2003 as a result of
a specific demand coming from Dutch companies: assistance to ship
building related industries on Romanian market. As ship building, like
many other production activities are moving to East in order to gain a
competitive advantage, Romania has become an attractive location for
western companies.
The consultans team consists of 7 people and
is formed by 3 Dutch and 4 Romanian consultants having entrepreneurial
experience in the naval and industrial fields of more than 10 years in
Romania.
The services we provide are tailored
to fit our customers needs. While our core business remains services
for ship building, we have developed projects in other fields as well.
Although
most of the services are charged upon the calculation of the man-days
activities, in some cases when we provide our clients with winning
solutions it is customary to negotiate success fees.
