GENERAL PREST S.A. is a joint-stock company incorporated under the Romanian law, having its head office in Pitesti, Romania.
Our professionals have sound professional qualification, training and expertise in the field of mounting, overhauling, maintenance and construction works of Instrumental and Electrical Equipment for different types of plants, especially for Cement, Refineries and Petrochemical plants.
Our people and all the services provided by them through the years make the history of the company. All the personnel was involved in activities in the field of civil engineering, control systems and site coordination.
Control and measurement We provide services of design, equipments procurement, equipment and network installation, startup, warranty and post warranty services for control and instrumentation systems. The systems ensure : parameter measurements, central control, control of process parameters, process control by parameters control, process control using programmable logic controllers or process computers, environment control.
Electrical installations We provide services of design and engineering, equipment procurement, medium and low voltage installation erecting startup, warranty and post warranty services, technical assistance : indoor and outdoor lighting installations, lightning and grounding installations, AC and DC electrical drives, power factor correction systems installation, control and distribution boards, accesories for signal and power cables, self regulated devices for pipes and tanks, varistor surge arresters.
Our policy is to provide Engineering and Technical Services like design, front-end engineering, construction and commissioning, highly qualified manpower supply, in accordance with client's requirements, and all specified and/or applicable international standards such as API Products Specifications and ISO 9001 Series Quality System Standards.
The quality system endorsed by our company is based on its own documents system : Quality Manual, Work Instructions and Quality Records. Both the work within Quality Assurance System and Quality Manual are the main arguments in our relations with clients as well as with inspection committees, facilitating their inquiries upon the approach of the quality assurance requirements of the performed activities. The Quality System of our company is certified by RENAR through AEROQ .
