Invest in Romania Seminar & Private Dinner - Legal Regime and Opportunities

The seminar aims to present, from a legal and economical point of view, of the possibilities to invest in Romania, in different domains including agriculture, food industry, energy, tourism, constructions, infrastructure, telecommunications, financing various projects etc., as well as conclusion of certain contracts between various public organizations or between representatives of private organizations, from China and Romania.

Apart from these, further introduction will be given in terms of general juridical framework and the specific legislation form of Romania and China, the legal compatibilities between the two law systems, as well as correlating them with the international law rules applicable to the investments and international cooperation.

The event provides, also, the nuanced explanation of business opportunities which the investors from China have in Romania and presents the possibilities that business people and public organizations from Romania have to conclude economical partnerships, mutually advantageous, with similar private and public organizations from China.

Concluding certain "gentlemen's agreements" and/or specific contracts is the final target of the planned event.
